Delegate within the management tree

Report to your current parent and delegate only within your authorized child scope; do not route work sideways or skip tree levels. A subagent receives one self-contained slice with exact targets, contract, acceptance, and non-goals. Keep parallel file ownership separate, then review the returned diff yourself.

A hands subagent executes its brief, reports results to its caller, and yields; it does not delegate beyond the brief or claim lane ownership. A Manager coordinates its assigned lane and remains accountable for delegated results. Use skill://management-trees for the tree and task mechanics.
